Professional Biography
Hope is a partner with the firm White Arnold & Dowd P.C. She has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, dedicating the last 18 years in private practice fighting to ensure that justice is fairly rendered.
Her practice focuses on general civil litigation, criminal defense, and white-collar criminal defense. She began her practice representing individuals in District Court and now seeks to serve the citizens of Jefferson County as your next District Judge.
In addition to her legal practice, Hope serves on the Alabama Securities Commission, and she is a professor at Birmingham School of Law, where she teaches Advanced Criminal Law/White Collar Crime. Hope has also had the honor of serving the citizens of Jefferson County as a special sitting District Court Judge.
